Hello,
I've experienced some other problems before, but this time I managed to get a simple example, where icoFoam solver just crashes, when well converged steady solution is given as initial field. After a short time solving with icoFoam, Co number "jumps" and crash happens. I cannot put that case here, because it is 500KB when in *.tar.gz format. If there is someone interested, I can send by mail! I would really appreciate some explanation about these crashes, because this really doesn't look good! That case is a simple 2D parabolic profile flow, where fixedGradient BC is used for pressure and zeroGradient / no-slip for U. Kārlis |
