Error in mesh generation of a cylindrical surface with grooves

I am trying to do hydrodynamic analysis for rotor-bearing system using fluid structure interaction. I am not able to mesh the grooved surface on the fluid part. Kindly help me this.

Error: The One or more entities failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up-to-date. However, meshing might be successful on the other entities.
