Good Day All,

I am trying to create a mesh on a centrifugal pump impeller with Salome that is similar to models that I have worked with in the past. When trying to create the mesh with a boundary layer I get the following error: "NgException at Volume meshing: Stop meshing since boundary layer mesh is overlapping." When looking at the mesh, the boundary layer was created with ample space to create the volume mesh.

Can someone please assist in solving this problem. I have tried various mesh size setting, geometry changes without success.

Is it possible to view where this overlapping occurs to possibly refine the mesh or geometry?

Thanks in advance.
