Mesh: circular 3D cylinder with an obstacle inside

Hello.
I read how to create a Blockmesh file in order to create a circular 3D cylinder with an obstacle inside. When I finish it I realized that... the resulting blocks are not hexaedral boxes!!... so, I realized that is not the way to simulate this. Looks BlockMesh is not appropiate to write the mesh of my mesh, What is the appropriate or suggested way for such a problem? Now I'm trying to simulate a circular cylinder with an obstacle, but the end goal will be to simulate an artery with a valve inside that stops the blood flow, but I want to go step by step. |
