Hey everyone,
I'm trying to create a hex-mesh for a propeller blade with a round tip and a sharp TE. I'm using ICEM CFD. I've tried various permutations of O-Grid, Collapse Blocks etc. however unsuccessfully. It would be appreciated if the community can throw in some ideas regarding possible blocking strategies for this particular case. The fluid domain is an H-grid type. For the blade stations, I want to make either C or O grid. The problem where I'm stuck remains the blade tip. Ideas are welcome. Thanks. |
