Tr-primitive mesh scheme

Hi all,

Does anybody have an idea how a Tri primitive face meshing scheme can be done in ICEM or ANSYS Meshing ?

It can be easily performed in Gambit but as you know this software is mostly gone.
I attached an example of what a tri primitive mesh looks like.
