Hello everyone, I'm new to all this cfd and specially OpenFOAM.
I'm having problems running my extrudeMeshDict, because I think it's not converting the 3D mesh into the 2D mesh I need before running the intended solver. The number of cells after snappyHexMesh is around 3 million, but after I run checkMesh before and after running extrudeMesh, the number of cells doesn't change. I dont want to run the solver as a 3D mesh with around 3 million cells because it will take a lot of time and computer effort. Can you help me please? |
