Hi everybody. I'm doing a simulation with CFX of incompressible and isothermal flow, with turbulence model SST. As I have to validate the results with some experiments and they don't really match, I want to try with a transition model (experiments are made in low turbulence wind tunnel). I read that for the transition model to work, I need y+ =1. My y+ is between 1 and 4, but almost everywhere equal to 4. Is it enough? Or it should really be 1 or lower everywhere?
Thanks a lot for the help! Sent from my PRA-LX1 using CFD Online Forum mobile app |
