Hi, I am an undergrad student (new to opensource software)

I'm designing a concentric double tube heat exchanger system. The basic design is taken as an annulus. I thought of creating the 3D model and Meshing in Salome and exporting to OpenFoam to solve.

I keep on getting an error, everytime i try to convert the meshed (.unv) file to OpenFoam. Attached are the screenshots of the salome design and the screenshot of the SimpleWizard error. (To do this, I am following a YouTube tutorial that i found)
Any help would be appreciated.

Also is there an easier approach rather than the one i used.
Thank you.
