Default DDPM or DEM Simulation for big diameter particle

Dear Friends,
I have particle size 2.5-3.0cm. I want to ask by which method we can do simulation for such a big particle. Also, i want to ask one fundamental question. My question is mesh deformation/ mesh dynamic is possible or not in ANSYS Fluent DDPM simulation [for multiphase flow: liquid/gas and solid particle]. I want to deform the mesh in ANSYS Fluent DDPM.
