Hi everyone. This is my first post.
I'm coding an algorithm for 2D planar and 3D surface (parametric) mesh smoothing (with or without boundary orthogonality). I have block-structured grid generated by TFI, which I need to smooth solving elliptic differential equations. I used some theory from "Handbook of grid generation" (chapters 6,7,9), but it's all good only for simple domain, such as one block or several blocks connected by one side. I wonder is there any books or articles about smoothing grids on complex domains. I was looking hard but can't find anything cocrete, specific. How to deal with differential equations, how to calculate the control functions. Especially I'm interested in 3D surface mesh smoothing. I hope someone could give me a good lead or advice. Thanks in advance. |
