Could anyone help me write a fortran file to output plot3d grid file?
I find some information on the Internet. But I still don't know how to write this file. I just want to write a 2-D gird file, and I know the details about every point. So, could anyone tell me the format of plot3d file? Thanks |

Hi,
By this time you would have figured out the solution, but still. The format extension of the plot3d file is p3d. The file goes like this, <Total number of blocks> <number of grid points in each direction of each block starting from 1-n blocks> <Coordinates of all grid points> Regards, Vimal |
