How to make optimal geometry for cylindrical geometry with radial inlets manually?

Hello all! I have geometry smashed to blocks. And I have to make hexahedral mesh. But the resulting mesh is very skewed (red cells on 3rd figure). Is it possible to smash the geometry more optimal for making better mesh? I work with Salome.
