Default Looking for data of ONERA M6 wing

I am looking for the experimental data of ONERA M6 wing for the validation of my CFD code althought I had got the microfilm of the related AGARD report. but this micro film is too old(1979) and its hard to completely figure out all the data on the film.

Is there any one can help me by offering the airfoil shape and Cp distribution on each cross sectoion

I have all the AGARD report AR-138 which include ONERA M6 wings , yet how I get take it to you?
