Default Unstructured grid generation for viscous flow

I am looking for a free/public domain software for generating unstructured triangular grids for viscous turbulent flows. I want to be able to generate a wake grid also. I have tried delaundo; while it can generate stretched grids, I am not able to get a good wake grid. The blending between stretched cells and isotropic cells is not smooth. If you know of any free software which can do this nicely or if you have used delaundo successfully in generating such a grid, I would like to know how you did it.
