Different mean velocities in two consecutive profiles of same cross-sectional areas.

A question, in tech-plot, I'm obtaining the mean velocities of two consecutive sections, meanwhile they have exactly the same cross sectional areas along with a constant discharge. The problem is that the mean velocities are different in values !
Do you know why is that? Yours, Etc. |
