Constant Eddy Viscosity -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

I have to look into this topic called Constant Eddy Viscosity turbulence model. Can some one explain to me what constant eddy viscosity model is or where I can find out its explanation. I have been trying a lot to search for "Constant Eddy Viscosity" but the results are either only viscosity or eddy viscosity. Help plz. Thank you.
