Is it possible to solve simplified NSE?

Dear CFD Experts,
I would like to know whether it is possible to solve simplified NSE using STAR-CD/CFX/FLUENT. For example, depending on certain conditions, we can neglect or approximate some terms or coefficients (convection terms, viscosity) or sometimes we may have new diffusion models for mass (species) transport. Is it possible to modify the equations using STAR-CD? If yes, how and if not, then is there any ohter software which can be used to do this? Best regards, -Harendra |

You can see that by yourself. Download a node limited copy of star-ccm, the latest product from CD from their web portal
