I got this error message when running a code using cygwin and gdb.
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x610c4914 in memcpy () from /usr/bin/cygwin1.dll (gdb) I tried to reduce the number of grid points and the code ran fine.Further the memory allocation was done dynamically using the new pointer. If someone had any such troubles before I would like some pointers on avoiding it. -H |
