Steady state criteria in combustion

Greetings, colleagues.
What are usually used criteria of stationarity of the system in combustion modeling? E.g. I have some system which demonstrates threshold-like behavior, i.e. transition from steady state to blow-up. Where can I read (and reference in paper) about such criteria? I tried to use the residual as such criterion but it isn't good. Very often I observe that the concentrations of species aren't changing in time any more but the residual hasn't essentially changed. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Aleksey. |
