Dear Friends,
Can some assist me with materials that gives clear explanations, derivation and application of all dimensionless numbers. I really need to know when to appropriately use which dimensionless number and its physical signficance. Regards, Chimuka |

Dear Husker,
Thanks for your good question. I mean groups of dimesionless numbers such as reynolds number, Gr, Pr, Fe Ec, etc. What I very much want is the material that nicely categorises them in terms of when to use which. For example, when analysing boundary layers (thermal or momentum) which dimensionless numbers must be employed with clear interpretation. I hope I am quite clear now. Thanks. |
