Hello everyone,
I am trying to simulate and capture the secondary currents by employing Launder and Ying's Algebraic Stress Model in 3D open channel flow. I am using Peirc's 3D version code, which was initially developed to simulate the lid driven cavity flow in 3D cubic cavity and uses collocated variable arrangement with multigrid convergence accelerator. I incorporated standard k-epsilon model first, which seems to be working fine. I am adding the gradients of Reynolds stresses, Reynolds stresses calculated from Launder and Ying's Algebraic Stress Model, as an additional source terms into V and W momentum equations. Now, I am getting huge discrepancies at wall boundaries. Can anyone suggest any idea?? Thanks, Keyur |
