Dear Members

I m looking for inputs on meshing for the attached geometry (as *.jpg file)created using fluent mixsim. It has a round baffle with a diameter of 3 mm, runs through the length of the vessel with 5 disc impellers.

Vessel length is 470 mm and diameter is 110 mm. I am using multiple reference frames and meshing failed for round baffles

My doubts are

1.What is the best meshing strategy for this geometry?
curve / in gap faces/ in gap volume

2. What is the optimum mesh growth factor?
I used 1.15 after some trial and error, all the regions were meshed successfully with skewness ~ 0.6-0.7, except round baffles

Any inputs from senior members on meshing will be highly appreciated
