Default state equation of water

hi,guys
I have two questions about water.
first one is how to calcutlate the entropy of water.
second one is if I use Tait equation to simulate shocks in water,does it mean that the temperature is uniform all the domain?Because I find Tait equation does not contain temperature.am i right?
