Hi all,

I'm doing some seakeeping research on marine structures. This is a personal research project for fun, so I have practically no budget. Can anyone recommend a free or dirt-cheap panel code for free surface flow seakeeping problems. It needs to solve in the frequency domain, using the full radiation-diffraction equations for an arbitrary body shape. My geometry won't work with lewis sections and strip theory. And of course, free or dirt cheap.

I know its a tall order, but I'll take hard to use programs, borrowed time, anything that I can afford. Any ideas?
