ANSYS or STAR-CCM

Hello,
I am unable to choose between ANSYS and STAR-CCM. I do have knwoledge about ANSYS, but i would like to know, do STAR-CCM is equivalent to ANSYS. If no! what is the difference between them. please help me out because I am planing to do diploma course in CFD Thanks. |

i hav done short course in ansys cfx......i dnt knw about ccm.learn fluent bcos most of the companies use fluent.better try for institutes which give training in multiple tools...

thank you sarath! i also did certification course in ANSYS12 APDL, and i am looking forward for diploma course in CFD, thats why i wanted to know about CCM. anyways thanks alot
