anyway to install 32 bit fortran on 64 bit machine

is there any way to install 32 bit fortran compiler in the 64 bit machine...

Most 64 bit machines will run 32 bit code by design. I'd try the software and see if there are any errors. You are most likely to run into PIC errors if any at all if trying to run on the 64 bit machine.
