I USE THE RANS (K-E) METODOLOGY FOR THE PROBLEM OF STADY TURBULENT NATURAL CONVECTION IN A RECTANGULAR CAVITY, THE CONSERVATION EQUATIONS (CONTINUITY, MOMENT, ENERGY, KINETIC ENERGY AND THE DISSIPATION RATE) WAS DESCRETIZED WHIT THE TRANSIENT TERM, I USE THE FALSE TRANSIENT FOR STEADY RESULT.

MY QUESTIONS IS? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCES FOR TIME AVERAGE AND EMSAMBLE AVERAGE?

I READ THE BOOK OF TUCKER 2001 (COMPUTATION OF UNSTEADY INTERNAL FLOWS) THE ENSAMBRE AVERGE FOR THE NAVIER STOKES EQUATIONS, THE AUTOR PRESENT THE EQUATIONS. I THINK THE EQUATIONS FOR THE TIME AVERAGE ARE EQUAL FOR EMSAMBLE AVERAGE, OR NO???

THANKS FELIPE
