jyothishkumar is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

I have written a code for turbulent flow with k epsilon turbulence model. My exit profile is coming as expected (lower than that of laminar profile). But somewhere in the middle of the channel my velocity (mean at the centre) is increasing and then it is decreasing towards the exit. I just checked for the wall shear stress. Its value is in between 2 and 3 and i compared the case with fluent run also and found that the value of wall shear stress is more in my case (between 0.4 and 0.5 in fluent). Also the pressure drop is more and there is a difference of around 300 pascal between my code and the fluent. Can someone help to resolve this problem. Is there any formulation mistake that i have done.

Many thanks

jyothish
