bene is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

I am simulating a thin liquid flow on a rotating disk. The disk is 8.5 cm of diameter and the height of the control volum is 1mm.
I am using the LES model for turbulence.
My grid is composed by hexaedrical cells of 5 micron height and 500 micron of width. It is possible to use this kind of cell with the LES model or is the grid too rude?
I have already made a simulation with this kind of grid and the convergence is good, the residuals are below 10e-4.

Thank you in advance

Benedetta
