Default Using PetsC library in compaq visual fortran

Dear all,

I want to use Petsc library in my code which was developed in Fortran to solve a linear set of equations by ICCG method. I am using compaq visual fortran compiler on windows OS.
Is there anybody who know, how can I install and use it in a simple manner?
