Cool Melting Aluminum by molten Steel

Hi,

The problem i'm dealing with involves the pouring of molten steel into enclosure which contains an aluminum block.
I'm looking for a CFD software best capable of predicting the flow and heat exchange between the molten steel and the aluminum block.
I would like to know the temperature the aluminum block achieves and whether it melts or not.

Modeling the melt process of the aluminum block is a nice-to-have.
In such case, I guess it becomes a 3 liquids problem (molten steel, molten aluminum and air). Is there any CFD software capable of performing such calculations?

I would appreciate your help a lot!!

Thanks

Im a newbie myself but there is a solver called multiInterFoam which can handle multiphase flows of n liquids
