Question calculating Pressure Drop in a channel in Ansys

Hello,
I am Zahra. I am working in a non-straight channel and I cannot find a way to calculate pressure drop between two random surfaces selected in the channel that are not coaxial.
I'd appreciate it if one can help me a lil on this...
