dear all
I remembered that i had read certain paper about MILES with TVD-MUSCL scheme, in which the compression factor is setted 4 and 1. now i did forget the paper, could you help me? could you give me some refference about it? i also heared about that the TVD-MUSCL is completed in the handbook v4.0 of code NSMB used in MILES. could you give me this handbook? by the way, is it possible that i get a free or low cost CFD code which could do compressible LES from the internet or somebody? I did a shock-capturing code used a TVD scheme, and validated. if possible, could you exchange a code with me? best regards CFDnet |

You can use OpenFOAM for compressible LES and shock capturing, but you would have to implement MILES yourself.
