Hello all
I need to make a mesh in Hypermesh for CFD. since now i use o work with tetra and Hexa elements and also to create layers on the surface or the object. But now i have to create a Structure or unstructure cartesian mesh. but i do not know what is this ! ! ! ! ! is it a hexa mesh? is it different from our FEA mesh?? why structure or unstructure is better from FEM (tetra or hexa) if they are different. thanks |

The general answer is, which mesh type would best represent your geometry and domain May be you need to look at Numerical Grid Generation Foundations and applications Thompson, Warsi & Mastin It is freely available for download, google for it or look the book section on this forum Good Luck |
