Sen New Member Sen Join Date: Feb 2011 Posts: 6 Rep Power: 15	I want to convert .dwg file into .stl format ..I couldn"t do the conversion with autocad ..so is there any converter available for converting files to .stl format or to .igs ? with regards, Sen

Dinocrack Member Nuno Gomes Join Date: May 2009 Location: Portugal Posts: 39 Rep Power: 17	Its a 2D file or 3D? I am not sure, but 2d dont fit in stl. But, you can import your dwg to a 2d sketch in solidworks, transform into a solid , and save it as stl or igs...for example... Regards Nuno
