LES on a scaled geomentry (Mesh and Large scales)

Default LES on a scaled geomentry (Mesh and Large scales)

Can we perform LES on a scaled geometry provided we keep Reynolds number same(by scaling density in same order of geometry scaling). If we can do what about the mesh resolution, can we also scale mesh resolution in each direction in the same order of geometry scaling).

Because large scales depends on the geometry of the configuration. When we scale geometry, even your large scales scales by same order. If it is so, then i cant scale my mesh to resolve same level large scale energy.

It will be great if somebody can give their ideas, suggestions and arguments about scaling for LES.( I think some aerodynamic LES people uses scaling methods for LES)
