How to insert picture in this message board? Some days back I saw some pics in this message board.... How it is managed?

To have an image in your messages, first of all u need to have the image available on the net. then just give the link of the image in the img command, which has the following format
img src="path" this command should be inserted inside the brackets ( < > ) eg, the image on the path = http://www.google.com/images/hp1.gif is shown in below: |

I have tried to insert a picture as follows but unfortunately I did not get it:
