Hi,

I'm working on a project about the study of Wind turbine blade's and the big problem is that i never had a course refering to aeroelasticity during my studies . So please if u have any courses (graduate or post-graduate), or papers about it in English or in French... Thanx a lot

With regards to classical linear aeroelasticity look for books by the following authors: 1)Fung 2)Blispinghoff,Ashley and Halfman 3)Dowell

These boooks are geared towards fixed wing aeroelasticity but the general theory is the same.

The first reason why i post this message here is that i'm not able to buy books caus' there's no way to find them in any librairie in my countrie and i don't have a master card to buy them online... The second is that a prefer to have an academic support for my first approch to aeroelasticity. Anyway thank you so much.

Well there are plenty of papers on aeroelasticity out there..however if you have no formal course in the subject they will be difficult to decipher. With regards to online course I do not believe there are any.

Hi,

Here is the link of the paper which describes the verification and assessment of coupling algorithms for the aeroelasticity using loosely-coupled (partitioned) approach.

http://www.cen.uiuc.edu/~jaiman/research01.html

Please let me know if you need any help, and it would be nice if you can provide details of your solvers which you want to couple them for the wind applications.

Best, -Raj
