hi dear friends
can any body tell me whats the direct numerical simulation means in gas-liquid two phase flow system?
can i consider one fluid mode as a direct numerical simulation or not ?
whats the preference of one fluid mode to two-fluid model?

P.S. in openFoam InterFoam is implemented in one-Fluid model and bubbleFoam is implemented as two-Fluid model
