Regular problem yet no solution posted!!!

Default Regular problem yet no solution posted!!!

Its a persistent problem yet no1 has ever answered it...
While importing an iges while in Gambit if we chose a Spatial translator we get the following error:
Translation requires license feature geom-trans

A point to be noted is that installing gambit does not involve any licensing. Not everyone can afford a licensed software so I REQUEST people to post a solution for this as this has prevented many people from learning Gambit, Fluent and they end up using other softwares.

who told you that you do not need license to use gambit.
There are sub features those also require licenses.
This is what happened in your case.

Thanks for the reply Arjun.

My point is since the problem is so common there must be a solution for this, say a crack, patch etc. But still this question has not been answered and I again request that the solution be shared if there is one which I am sure there must be.

Subhash good point. The solution must be shared. I will notify this to ANSYS, since they made this software they are best party to provide solution to this problem.

i just spent the last 2 days building the parts in ProE only to have this same import problem
