Seek help for programing Jameson's schemes of Euler

I'm a begginer of cfd.
I wrote a program using Jameson's schemes of Euler.But at the second step of Runge-Kutta the density become negtive at the head of airfoil.I think there's something wrong with the boundary condition in my program,because I am not very clear about how to use Riemann conserved quantity. I want to know how to deal with boundary conditions.
