using forces for geting drag and lift force magnitude?

Hi guys,
I am looking for the drag and lift forces on solar panel in a wind tunnel. I've been looking at postprocessing forces but I couldn't get it to work. I put forces function on my controlDict, do i need to change any other files? What are the command use to find these forces? i've been using foamCalc but it keep comming with Quote:

It seems that the field P (pressure?) is not saved at each of the time instants. Check that the required fields are written to the folder.

I've got it figured out, not to sure what was the problem but.. I was just kept dwelling on it and got the figures.. thanks for the reply!
