I heard Discontinuous Galerkin is accurate and want to know there is a reference paper of DS for viscous Navier-Stokes equation.

Thanks

Is NSC2KE a Discontinuous Galerkin code?

I really wonder whether there is incompressible viscous Navier-Stokes Discontinous Galerkin method.

If not, then why?

If I remember correctly their is a ICASE report (www.icase.edu), year 1999 (probalably 1999-27)for 2D incompressible flow.

Also refer Stefan Turek's book, search for the name in book section.

Hope it helps.

DG has advantage for locality. However, divergence-free condition usually relates all elements. There are some progress in DG for incompressible flow, but not satisfactory. See recent workshop on DG in Brown university.
