What do you mean "dynamic grid adaptation" ? 1. grid adaptation to the process inside one continuum

for example shock wave or explosion 2. grid adaptation between several continuums

with different state equations

for example impact problems

steel bullit into cuprum

or explosion in gas (state equations are very different and it is necessary to follow boundaries but inside it is possibel to use Euler variables
