Elliptic Grid Generation

Hi! This is the first time I write in this forum. I have written a program in Matlab that is capable of built grids using ellipitcal methods. You sure know, I have to solve two nonlinear and coupled elliptic equations with the appropiate boundary conditions. But my problem is in the inner boundary, which is in contact with the body contour. I have a normalized profile of the NACA 0012 profile, but I don't know how match variables x and y, with "g" (the variable that runs radially out of the elliptical shape). The NACA profile relates x and y, but "g" does not. I put a cylinder as a body, but you can realize that in this case "g" is only "theta" angle in polar coordinates, and I made: x=Rcos(g); y=Rcos(g) in the inner boundary. Can anyone help me please?.
