hi,
where do you want your rubber to extrude from? ) does the material flow in some rigid geometry, so youcan treat it as a fluid? is it newtonian fluid? or is it more like bumping elastig jelly? is any chemistry involved? matej |

It is the normal process of Extrusion in wich you put the ruber in a screew and it gets hotter but below melting point. Then the rubber goes thru the DIE with the required geometri. Normaly due to the expansion of the rubber, you need to change the Die geometry to get the right final profile.
What i need is a software to predict the final profile of the extruded rubber in order to correct the die. Thank you. |
