ICEM TETRA - elongated elements

Dear ICEM users, does anybody know how to elongate or to stretch elements e.g. at leading or trailng edges? I have seen figures of such grids generated by ICEM but I can't find the functionality. I use ICEM CFD 4.3.1. Zbynek
