Hi all,
I have a problem. I have to create a mesh around a little complex geometry to studythe flow in cfx or fluent. I create a rettangular domain around my geometry (multiple airfoils in different position) and i want to create mesh in the region by excluding my geometry. How do I do? Thanks for helps!! |

Hopefully this video will help you, you need to use blocking in ICEM:

Thanks Babak, I saw this video yet and I also studied it. I understand the way of doing, but my problem is much complex because I have much airfoils in the geometry in different directions. So I can't do it in the same way of the video but I thought if it was possible to create the mesh of my domain excluding the areas of the gometry by a boolean operation like substraction.
Thank anyway! |
