My guesses are:
Courant (no problem with this one): http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~his...s/Courant.html Friedrichs: http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~his...riedrichs.html Levy: http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~his...evy_Hyman.html. I'm not 100% sure about him, but he was related to Hilbert in Goettingen as Courant was and he has worked on finite differences. Regards |
